About James Caldwell

I hold an active clearance for Top Secret and Secret Compartmentalized Information. I created one of the first Cyber Threat Intelligence programs in Special Operations. In that program, I created, tailored, and disseminated multiple cyber threat intelligence reports in understandable language for end users. My work in this area was recognized by the United States Army Special Operations commanding general. I was a distinguished graduate of the Joint Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Analytical Targeting Course. I graduated from the US Army Counterintelligence Special Agent Course in the top 1% of the class. I graduated December 2023 Magna Cum Lade from Univeristy of Arizona with with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Intelligence and Information Operations with an emphasis in Information Warfare, all classes conducted while working full time. Received two honorable mentions while studying at the University of Arizona, and had a final project published in the "Dead Drop" intelligence magazine publication. I have years of experience with cyber threat intelligence, defensive, and offensive cyber operations in real world clandestine operations. I possess considerable understanding of nation-state cyber strategies and tactics, particularly in Europe. I am a department of Defense certified Windows Forensic Investigator. I have proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems, in addition to forensic programs such as EnCase and Cellebrite. In addition, I have experience conducting national security investigations and helping employees to identify insider threats, as well as experience with Open Source Intelligence and All Source Intelligence.
