INTRODUCING IPN VALUERS - TAMWORTH Formally MVS New England and North West Recently the partners in our company were faced with a choice for our business: Be swallowed up by a publicly listed metropolitan focused valuation corporation or become part a new regional network of offices with common goals for maintaining bespoke valuation services with new technology and a local client focus. Clearly, there was no choice to make and we are pleased to announce the establishment of Independent Property Network 'IPN', which will incorporate our existing Tamworth, Gunnedah and Armidale offices, along with offices in regional NSW, Queensland, and Victoria. There has been intense consolidation in the valuation industry in recent years, where big city firms have acquired long-established, locally owned valuation practices under the guise of providing an improved service to their major banking clients. Local firms such as ours have been continually pressured to align with these big firms or face extinction – we came up with an alternative. MVS New England North West Pty Ltd has rebranded to IPN Valuers. This will provide you with the benefits of a corporate' firm in relation to technology, quality assurance, and collaborative regional advice, without forgoing the benefits of having a locally owned business which will support the local community and that you can liaise with directly.
