I lead the Financial & Professional Services function for Frazer Jones, the leading global specialist in HR Search & Recruitment. When I moved to Germany at the start of 2017, my first goal was to establish the FSPS function for the country. Having achieved this, with an excellent team alongside me, my next (and far more important) goal is to become a better ally/champion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. I am now a part of the Global SR Group DEI Committee and have taken on the role of European DEI Committee Lead, wherein our aim is to ensure that we ‘walk what we talk’ when it comes to DEI, both internally and externally.
