Director of Value Analysis overseeing the clinical supply chain integration and Value Analysis process. Leads teams in a system wide value analysis process for all areas in the healthcare organization. Primarily focuses on reducing clinical supply chain spend by employing cost of care, quality, clinical outcomes data to identify opportunities. Additionally, maintaining or improving clinician satisfaction. Prior to joining Nexera, I worked as a nurse manager in multi-specialty patient care areas including Orthopaedics, Pulmonary, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Procedural and Intensive care Units. During my career I have collaborated with physicians and nurses with enhancing operational efficiencies, communication, patient safety, regulatory compliance, clinician competence, operational budgets, and cost containment. In addition I’ve also had responsibility with creating and implementing business plans associated with new technology. I work closely with Revenue Cycle and Billing Compliance. I spent many years working as an EMR analyst in the operating room supporting anesthesia and the surgical clinical teams. I received my undergraduate degree at the University of Rochester School of Nursing. I earned my Masters in Business from the University of Rochester’s William E. Simon Graduate School of Business.
