Experienced in winery management: production logistics, personnel, quality control, health and safety, and environmental management. Winemaking: began career as white winemaker for BRL Hardy with wide ranging portfolio of standard Chardonnay, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc wines through to more unusual projects of aromatic wines like Moscato. Later expanded experience with red winemaking especially in areas like cooler climate Pinot Noir and Shiraz, including the more unknown red wine Saperavi. Returned to live in the UK, and gaining experience in UK wine market.
