Capt. James Chandler is a PADI Course Director, Emergency First Response Instructor Trainer and Tec Trimix Instructor Trainer. He has been recognized by PADI for the past 10 years as an Elite Instructor and 2020 and 2021 as a Silver Course Director. He also is a cave diver thru the National Speleological Society Cave Diving Section and TDI. Currently he is a member for the Board of Directors of the National Speleological Society-Cave Diving Section.
