I help professionals and teams in Japan and beyond break through their communication barriers and build a culture of assertiveness. As the CEO of BEMI Consulting, I design and deliver innovative mindset development programs that foster assertiveness and sustainable behavioral change. All of my contracts typically last 5 years or more, due to obvious and clear results. With over 15 years of experience in corporate training and program development, I’ve worked with global organizations to help multicultural teams thrive—especially in environments where fear and hierarchy hinder open communication. My approach is practical, based on a combination plus my own trial and error testing, and challenges conventional training methods to achieve real-world results. I believe dialogue—not scripts, confidence tricks, or role-playing—is the key to change. That’s why my training goes beyond surface-level fixes, helping teams develop the courage to face their fears of saying and asking what is truly on their minds.
