Bachelor of business with a focus in management - I have extensive experience in customer service, banking and business. I love research, business analytics and improving people and businesses. I enjoy writing and crunching numbers alone, but also love working with people. I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach and IRONMAN athlete. I love working towards entrepreneurial pursuits in this ever changing world. OBJECTIVE To pursue a career that follows my passion of improving how business is done. I am looking to utilize my education and experience to enhance communication between people in such a way that it creates both exceptional customer experience and substantial business profitability. PROFILE • Three years financial services for big banks and credit unions • Ten years customer service • Project manager for a SAIT School of Business project with the Dean as primary stakeholder • Helped manage back end operations for large companies such as Staples. • Five years entrepreneurial experience including writing company research reports, creating trading systems, analyzing data, writing programs and designing business procedures • Designed multiple online business websites and built a loyal social media following • Successfully led a finance team of eight members for several years which included managing and recruitment of staff and design of operations, policies and procedures I am also - A certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with NASM- Competitive IRONMAN age group triathlete
