Beyond my impactful role at Caravela Coffee, I proudly serve as a co-owner of ardú coffee, seamlessly blending my passion for coffee with my entrepreneurial spirit. I am always eager to engage in conversations over a cup of coffee, sharing valuable insights and lessons gleaned from both the hiring industry and the world of coffee.
