My name is James Coking, I am a strategic customer care leader skilled at developing best-in-class 24/7 enterprise customer solutions and support organizations in the Mobile Telematics and GPS Technology verticals. During the course of my career, I have elevated the performance of the customer service organization and ensured successful, collaborative client relationships. In my role as Customer Service Manager with Trimble Inc.'s Construction Logistics Division, I oversee a team of ten employees driving customer success by providing high-touch, global 24/7 hardware, software, and network support to our internal employees and more than 175 customers of Trimble’s in-vehicle integrated Construction Logistics GPS solution. With Trimble, I have delivered high systems availability, established key operating frameworks, revitalized client relationships, and served as the voice of the customer. In addition, my role was expanded in 2014 to oversee the division's Professional Services team, which implements end-to-end enterprise GPS solutions.
