With over 20 years of experience in the Energy & Resources sector, I am currently the General Manager of Marketing at Yancoal Australia Ltd, the nation's largest pure-play coal producer. My role encompasses the strategic oversight of marketing operations into Japan, South Korea and Europe, where I have been instrumental in driving significant growth and market expansion. As a driven and visionary leader, my previous experiences have been centered around leveraging my commodity trading expertise to optimize assets using real option analysis. I have been at the forefront of introducing and leading groundbreaking mine site optimisations and system developments, demonstrating my commitment to innovation and excellence in the field. What motivates me is the challenge of driving sustainable growth in a dynamic industry. I believe in the synergy of diverse experiences and the cross-functional collaboration to address complex market demands and to seize new opportunities.
