With over 8 years experience in the TV/Film industry, I have produced and project managing a variety of projects from TV programs, fashion shoots, Social Media channels and even Youtube streamers and creators. I now use my skills from my career in my current role as a Payroll Account Manager. My career has required building networks and trust within the industry and with the public. I am particularly good at connecting with people, building and maintaining strong relationships and I have honed excellent written and verbal communication skills. I am organised and dedicated to ensuring that projects are completed to the highest quality. Working within fast paced, high pressure environments has taught me resilience and adaptability to problem solve whilst protecting myself from burnout. My career has involved managing a variety of teams, ensuring that we work collaboratively to achieve deadlines. I have always worked hard to support junior members of my team, deliver training and to foster a positive working environment in which they can thrive.
