About James Cramer

I am the current Beverage Director for True Story Brands, a South African restaurant group located in Atlanta, GA. Under my direction I have turned one of our restaurants Biltong Bar into one of the most popular craft cocktail destinations in the city of Atlanta. As well as putting it several publication lists as one of the top 100 bars in the USA. I also co-own Funeral Hum, a record label/promotion company helping to promote and grow the alternative music scene in Atlanta.WE achieve this by scouting local talent and helping them to promote their material, through psychical releases of their music and merchandise. Additionally we coordinate shows throughout the city with the goal of maximizing event turnout and curating a unique musical experience for the show-goer. On top of all of that, I am a full time touring musician working with several bands throughout the east coast. I have been involved with the food and beverage industry for 10 years now. Working primarily in management and creative direction with occasional stints in consulting. My position within the food and beverage industry and afforded me a lot of freedom, both to pursue my passion in the music industry and to create a business built around fostering the music scene in Atlanta. I am currently looking to transition into a full time consulting/remote work position, as my current musical career necessitates more freedom in my schedule.
