I am a Navy veteran and technical professional with over a decade of experience in operations, maintenance, and testing across high-stakes environments. My career began in the U.S. Navy, where I served as an Engineering Watch Supervisor and Electrical Division Leading Petty Officer in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. In this role, I led teams through complex technical operations, coordinated maintenance activities, and upheld the highest standards of safety, precision, and accountability. Following my military service, I transitioned into the private sector as a UPS Technician, where I specialized in the repair, and maintenance of uninterruptible power supply systems. This role sharpened my troubleshooting skills, expanded my expertise in electrical distribution systems, and reinforced the importance of reliability in mission-critical operations. Currently, I serve as a Shift Test Lead, where I manage simulation testing for advanced nuclear training systems. I oversee cross-functional teams, develop and execute testing protocols, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that prepare the next generation of naval operators. My ability to adapt quickly, lead under pressure, and communicate effectively with diverse teams has been a consistent driver of success throughout my career. I am passionate about continuous learning, leadership development, and applying my technical background to solve complex challenges.
