As a Program Manager at Wolt, I am currently responsible for all concerns related to Imaging in all 32 countries that Wolt operates in. From setting up Global guidelines and Best Practices, to Vendor Management, Analyst work and supporting the product roadmap development. Acting as the primary POC between Operations, Product and other relevant parts of the business. Starting from setting up how we launch in new countries on Wolt, through improving quality and coverage in more matured markets. Prior to Wolt, I supporting standardising PMO & Change Management practices at Personio, while leading the company's P0 Initiatives launching Germany's most complex Payroll Product and streamlining Operations for 2 years. I began my experience in Tech at Airbnb, ending my time there as the Senior Global Change Manager for 3 years, and prior to this as an Analyst in the Workforce Planning team as an RTA, Scheduler, Forecaster and Planner for the premium support tier. I received my Bachelors in Psychology and German from UC Berkeley. I have experience with workforce planning, organizational research, data aggregation, clinical psychology, providing community mental health support, German and American Sign Language tutoring.
