I have been Lead Estimator & Project Manager on Ground Ups such as: Henry Ford Hospital Maple Grove Facility in West Bloomfield, MI, The (now former) Budd Company Technical Center in Auburn Hills, MI, The Spinnaker Center & 3 other Spec Buildings in the Metro West Development in Plymouth. I was also the Lead Estimator & PM for the renovation of the Globe Tobacco Building, a +/- 100 year old complete renovation, including exterior cleaning & pointing of the exterior face brick. We also structurally supported and cut a +/- 30' x 30' an 8 story Atrium from the 2nd Floor to the roof. I have had two employers over the last 2 years & I am looking for a better fit. For the better part of the previous 7 years I was the Sales Manager, Maintenance Contract & FireStop Divisions Manager and Project Manager for National Maintenance Services,LLC (NMS). Among our Clients included all MJR Theaters, The North Terminal at DTW & The Mall at Partridge Creek. I've also sold additional Maintenance Division Exclusive Contracts to SouthWest Airlines, SWA Cargo, Spirit Airlines, Spirit Airlines Hangar, JetBlue A, Delta Airlines and complete bid jobs for some of the International Airlines (ie Lufthansa) as well. Among other Maintenance Contracts I have sold & serviced were for the Grosse Pointe Public Schools System, Bose Automotive Research & Development, 16 GM Powertrain Locations. Additional sales of long term contracts with AT & T Wifi Upgrades at Cobo Hall & the RenCen thru Betacom, LLC, ADA Upgrades at over 30 Metro Detroit area Bank of America Locations and 6 additional BOA ADA Upgrades in the Grand Rapids area thru Clune Construction of Chicago & various upgrades for ALDI HQ in Webberville. I have also provided several crews of hourly wage Carpenters for over 2 years at Providence Hospital Southfield along with many other Bid Jobs. I provided several crews of hourly wage Carpenters for over 8 months at Providence Park Hospital in Novi along with other Bid Jobs. We have provided a crew of hourly wage Carpenters for over 6 months at Detroit Public Safety HQ plus dozens of Bid Jobs. I have sold & successfully completed Remedial FireStop T&M Contracts at Select Specialty - Macomb, Providence Park - Novi, Providence Southfield & St. Mary Mercy Livonia. This work was required TJC The Joint Commission (formerly JACHO) in order to keep these Hospitals Accredited by TJC & open for business.
