About James Crowl

When I started my professional journey, I was at the bottom floor. A service technician performing maintenance and repairs on sewage and wastewater lift stations. It wasn't as glamorous as it sounds and I had ambitious goals to work my way up through the industry to get where I am now. It worked out, and now I'm the production manager of Technical Sales, where I oversee the production of the very lift stations I used to do maintenance on. Those years of experience and learning the ins and outs of these systems has aided me as a leader. If you want to get something done, or understand why something isn't working, you come to me. Everyone knows that I focus on making their lives easier and easing the burden where I can. Trust and dependability are core values that can grow a company, and they are values that I and my co-workers pride ourselves in being dedicated to. When I see others starting out on their professional journey's, I want them to succeed and do everything I can for them. I believe in everyone and their goals as if they were my own. I work every day to be an effective leader who can inspire others to go after their dreams.
