About James Croxford

I have helped corporations manage their growth through process management techniques and risk analysis. My understanding of business and experience as an accountant have allowed me to build processes and implement procedures to improve workflow within the organization. I have been the forerunner for implementing ERP systems and revamping the Chart of Accounts to adapt to corporate advances. I've created Integrations between company departments such as; Accounts Payable, Procurement, Marketing and Billing. The foundation of my experience is Training and Team Leadership. I have a passion for helping people become more efficient and effective in their jobs. Creating a happy and manageable environment gives me satisfaction as everyone works at the best of their ability. Outside of work you can find me spending lots of time with my family. I enjoy coaching and supporting my kids in their activities. We like to be outside as much as possible. This includes skiing in the winter and playing on the water in the summer.
