About James Cunningham

I had my first exposure of competitive Car Sales when I was 18 as an apprentice at a sub prime finance dealership. 10 years later and a few promotions later I am now a General Sales Manager at a high volume premium brand. I have always been in car sales and I have learnt many skills to deal with all types of situations, not just selling. Becoming a manager I am a big believer in training staff on a regular basis to offer support for day to day tasks as well as driving the team towards a realistic goal. This is based on personal experience that I have had in the past. My passion outside work is to go watch Huddersfield Town, going on hikes and watching my daughter grow as a individual. My work goals are to keep developing staff and to keep achieving targets that got me to the role that I am in now.
