I have over fifteen years’ experience working in research, research administration, and enterprise systems implementations in a higher education setting. Over the last four years I worked as a Business Analyst on Ohio State's Enterprise Project, where I was focused on ensuring the smooth transition from Ohio State's legacy system to a cloud based solution with Workday. I was responsible for refining and implementing new business processes, end-to-end testing, testing integration solutions, report writing, conversion of legacy data into Workday, and creating and facilitating change management activities among other tasks.I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Boston University (2005), and a Masters in Labor and Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University (2012). Additionally, I have taken a number of classes in The Ohio State University’s Working Professional MBA program including accounting, operations, economics, and data analysis courses. Professionally I became a Certified Clinical Research Professional "CCRP" in 2013 (did not renew certification in 2016), and a Certified Research Administrator "CRA" in 2017. In October, 2018 I completed a 14 month lean six sigma green belt certification program, capped by a LSS green belt project.
