As a Relationship Manager at TreasurUp, a leading fintech company that provides innovative solutions for FX Trading, Transaction Banking and international payments, I leverage my extensive experience and expertise in the financial markets to help clients achieve their goals and optimize their performance. I have been in this role for over two years, and I enjoy working with the diverse and dynamic team. I have worked in sales and on strategy for a number of Fintechs in the past four years and have acquired valuable knowledge with respect to what works and why. Prior to this I ran the Digital Product and Strategy for NAB FICC, covering growth and change initiatives across all customer segments. My longest tenure was at Citibank in the Foreign Exchange business, starting in eCommerce Sales and progressing to building and running the first Major Bank FX Algorithmic Execution Service, that combined internal liquidity with sophisticated DMA, driven by some of the earliest predictive liquidity models in the currency market. My team innovated several ancillary services that were first in market, including; granular TCA reporting, crossing with principal flow, market microstructure reporting and dynamic interactivity with a running order. The various project streams, market risk management, regulatory reporting and client dialogue, was a fully engaging Global responsibility with a team situated across the various regional hubs.
