MISSION STATEMENT I believe a team builds its power when it moves together united for a common cause. It starts with a vision - to provide products that customers will want to buy, will enjoy using and will want to buy again. Managers will recognize these words, because our vision or our purpose - for the most part, is the same. These words capture the concepts of attracting, satisfying and keeping our customers with great products. That's why we are inspired to provide the services in business that we do. I also have a very important mission that can be expressed in just three words for a company that I can believe in – lets be profitable. It's a critical mission, because without sustainable profitability, we cannot fulfill our joint vision to increase our presence in leading automotive and manufacturing markets around the world. I will work very hard to achieving our mission, and will be doing so through what I will call the three E's - enhancing our core, extending our business and expanding our markets. •"Enhancing our core" includes an intense focus on customers and clients. It means getting the basics right and continuing to improve on our approach. •"Extending our business" means capitalizing on our opportunities, such as capturing our internal market and growing our business. It also includes tapping into and understanding our market, knowing our products and that we have the best products available. •"Expanding the market" means increasing our participation in our local areas and international markets where there is significant growth. We must work together an form internal alliances which will help us expand in our targeted markets. Underlining these three E's is a fourth -"Execute!" That applies to all of us, and it means flawlessly executing our strategy and committing to improve everything we touch.
