Responsible for overseeing Cox Communications East Region, including daily operations of over 100+ leased/owned facilities and environmental compliance including: leasing, maintenance programs, facility contracts, energy conservation, office equipment, furnishings and assets. • Leads a team of geographically dispersed managers, teams and contract employees across two regions and six markets in a matrix style environment. • Implement strategy for facility planning, design, engineering, acquisition and build outs along with existing facility modifications, including multi-million-dollar retrofits. • Leads efficient allocation of company resources including furniture and interior design, build and implementation on scope, schedule and budget. • Collaborates on 20-million-dollar operating budget for all the east region leased/owned facilities, aiding in balancing needs between the regions for budget optimization for unified enterprise-level objectives. • Establishes and maintains partnerships with departments of Safety & Risk and Business Continuity Planning teams to ensure employee safety and business resilience. • Award and manage compliance of contracts. • Supports Environmental compliance across the enterprise, key member for the Zero Waste to Landfill initiative, Cox Conserves core team member. • Ensures all Cox buildings and facilities are in compliance with all local, state and federal OSHA facility related regulations.
