As CSR Associate Director at Cora, I lead our EMEA Client Success team with a clear mission: to deliver consistent value, foster long-term relationships, and ensure our clients achieve their strategic goals. I’m passionate about developing high-performing teams, mentoring CS professionals, and building a culture focused on proactive support and measurable outcomes. Since stepping into this leadership role in January 2023, I’ve worked closely with clients across diverse sectors—Pharma, Medical Devices, Local Government, and Healthcare—guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and expansion. Tools like HubSpot and Pendo are central to how we drive engagement, monitor success metrics, and continuously improve the client experience. My path in Client Success has taken me from Account Executive to Account Manager to leading a regional team. That journey has shaped my understanding of the full customer lifecycle and how to build CS strategies that scale while staying personal. With a Master’s in eCommerce and a Degree in Commerce, I combine a commercial mindset with analytical rigor. I’m especially passionate about using data to drive insights and decisions—something I also bring to my work supporting inter-county GAA and club teams through performance and statistical analysis. I’ve had the privilege of working closely with management teams and athletes to provide in-depth reporting on player performance, game trends, and opposition analysis, all with the goal of driving better decisions on and off the pitch.
