Sociology is the systematic study of the development, structure, interaction, and collective behavior of organized groups and human beings. The topic itself was also one of my favorite courses to be enrolled in at Bloomsburg University, and while I didn't know it then, it would ultimately lead to my growth in becoming an effective, and efficient sales representative. I have worked my way up in the payroll and employee management industry by first focusing on the service side of the business, to then enhancing the administrative processes of PrimePay's current cliental. These areas ultimately lead to working with new businesses; ranging from small to large employers. Through my hard work and dedication to the industry, I have also been able to build relationships with the broker community and CPA partners in a way that grows and retains their business as well! PrimePay provides its sales representatives with the tools and resources to really focus in on the pain points of a business employer. By providing services like payroll administration, tax service, and business compliance solutions, we are able to get YOU out of the back office and focusing on the growth and success of YOUR business!
