About James Derrig

I have over 10 years experience in the insurance industry, initially in customer operations, and eventually moving into partnerships. I previously worked with the PCW relationship team at DLG as an MI and Analysis manager before spending time in Business Excellence where I was responsible for supporting and delivering Customer Operations change and improvements. The move from customer operations into partnerships allowed me to gain valuable exposure to the commercial arm of DLG and has developed my skills in account/relationship management, data management, contract negotiations, audit processes and project management. Now working in the Customer & Commercial Value area of DLG, my background in both Customer Operations and Commercial allows me to work effectively with our partners to provide insurance products that exceed their customers expectations.
