My Approach: I take great joy in establishing benchmarks and facilitating risk assessments, allowing businesses to make informed decisions and achieve cost-savings without compromising the welfare of their employees. I take pride in uncovering hidden inefficiencies like outdated plan designs, coverage gaps, or excessive coverage, ensuring that every aspect of the benefits system is optimized for maximum value.
