About James Dibley

I've held a long career at Macquarie starting as a engineering intern through to the global delivery lead for the FX technology business. This has required continually building new technology skills, relationships and networks to ensure I can achieve the best outcomes from my business and my team. In this career I've had the privilege of continually working with our global business to evolve our electronic trading stack from an internal stack to also involving vendor applications. This has covered electronic price making and algorithmic trading with high performance and quality requirements. I've worked with and built a team of talented engineers across multiple locations and enjoyed supporting their career development including their technical lead and people lead roles. I've expanded my focus to manage the overall program delivery across multiple project streams as well as facing off to wider program streams to enable their deliveries. Working closely with the various risk and control functions to ensure we maintain compliance with the latest security and compliance requirements.
