My experience is in a high-volume Ford dealership in both relationship management and customer satisfaction and retention, while managing both individuals and endeavors. Through my experience, I have gained an astute understanding of strategic planning, while also delivering improvements in processes, productivity, costs and return on investment. At Hassett of Wantagh, my current position is as Sr. Business Manager has given me the responsibility of overseeing twenty-five sales professionals, while maintaining profit and CSI objectives, and analyzing future trends for the Sales & Finance Department. As long as I can remember, I have always had a burning passion for the automotive industry, especially for Ford Motor Company. My readiness to set high objectives for myself, stay organized, operate as a team player and ability to always be ready for a challenge is what leads me to stand out from the rest. In all my tasks and endeavors, I have fostered strong relationships with clients and strategic associates. I have exceeded targets as far as sales growth projections and created many successful events that highlight Sayville Ford’s excellence and consistent work within the community at large. I enjoy the respect and support of the staff and management, based on my communication skills and ethic. Working at Hassett of Wantagh I have continued to grow and learn new exciting endeavors.
