My current role in Service Stream includes the following; • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to analyse current business processes and identify ways to reduce operational cost and increase efficiency. • Develop continuous improvement initiatives designed to deliver improved program adherence. • Establish a feedback system to identify process deficiencies and oversee corrective actions to improve process functions and compliance. • Develop and maintain various documents including process maps and process templates to support business processes, automating workflows in systems and applications where possible. • Ensure understanding of the business operations and how they apply to systems in order to run and assign processes as SharePoint or IFS checklists. • Research and analyse innovations within the industry to develop relevant systems and tools for improvement programs. • Undertake frequent site visits to understand the process, test systems in the field and to provide training to employees and sub-contractors. • Develop a suite of financial, safety, quality and project delivery reports in line with the business’ operational requirements to support decision making processes internally and communicate group performance to clients. • Maintain relevant systems (IFS, SharePoint, Power Platform) and associated reports for project tracking. • Develop and maintain multiple databases for data models and recommend improvement techniques for efficient data management. • Develop, foster and maintain a defined governance reporting schedule to ensure requirements are met. • Drive an increased understanding of the ERP solution and champion the consistent use across the business. • Support and mentor the business and other team members in the use of the system as and when required.
