About James Donaldson

A career changer who spent 35 years in the restaurant/hospitality industry, and now I’m looking to enter the social service field. During my graduate studies, I have focused on learning effective techniques for counseling individually and in groups. My coursework also included studies in social policies, understanding power and oppression, and substance abuse, along with a myriad of theoretical and developmental models. I am a proven leader with the ability to assess, develop, and promote talent. Self-motivated with outstanding organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, and communications skills. Possess the ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams, as well as, with all levels of management and hourly employees. Finally, I ensure all interactions are conducted with the highest level of integrity and ethics.
