We have worked with clients to develop approaches for assessing Fitness for Human Habitation and Housing Disrepair in a single inspection addressing Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. As well as keeping up to date with legislative developments, our surveyors know how to use modern technology, such as drones equipped with high-definition cameras, to obtain a holistic view of a property’s state of repair.
