Career Snapshot: At 20, I progressed quickly from entry-level at Asda to Duty Manager. At 22, a “gap year” became a life pivot, leading me to my dream role at a gym where I found my passion: supporting others to thrive. For over 5 years, I helped people discover strategies for their lives and diversify their health and wellness. I supported individuals and businesses in seeing new possibilities and offered guidance to help them grow personally and professionally.
