Key Points- 18+ years of experience in aviation- 10+ of those years covering the Asia Pacific region while based in Singapore- 9+ years working with AerCap, the world's leading aircraft leasing platform- Technical account manager for over 30 customers stretching from Mongolia to New Zealand to Pakistan, with responsibility for a multi-billion dollar group of assets operating with these customers, which vary from national carriers to private start-up airlines- Significant technical experience combined with strong commercial awareness, financial literacy, communication & negotiation skills honed across different cultures & working environments- Flexible and can adapt easily to new environments and cultures- Curious and always interested & willing to learn new things, both within and outside of my own areas of expertise- Passionate about mentoring others to help them develop, reach beyond their potential and progress in their careers.
