Being in charge of 40+ people in the challenging environment of retail sales has it moments. Managing departments in Australia and the Pacific has taught me alot about people and business. Luckily I'm obsessed with organization and process, adding spirit and flare to get the job done. I'm fortunate to love selling and also mentoring others to achieve the best possible outcomes for themselves and the business. I mix very well in the boardroom and in the trenches. Experience has shown me great results don't just happen im passionate & tenacious with a never give up personality.
