I began working in the hotel industry in the early and I couldn’t see myself working in any other industry. By nature I'm a people person who prides myself with my communication skills. I've had the privilege and pleasure to work for some amazing and successful properties which include Marriott, Wyndham and Hilton flags. I have limited service hotel experience as well as Convention size full service hotel experience. I like to say the I've done almost every jobs in some capacity with a focus on Front Desk/Office, Housekeeping and limited experience in Food and Beverage, Guest services and Sales. I love to stay organized, learn, train and experiment in the making improvements within my department. I'm a big believer in absorbing good ideas from others whom I've met and worked with in this industry. Treating my colleagues and employees with a mutual respect is just as important as helping our guests. I believe that I've worked my way up in this industry from working well with others, working for some of the best leaders over the years, having a willingness to learn, not taking shortcuts and being flexible.
