I am a senior leader with a diverse background spanning the United States Air Force, healthcare, and biologic manufacturing industries. My career began in military operations, where I supported global missions through leadership in logistics, training, and resource delivery. That foundation shaped my work over the past 15 years as a Program Manager, Project Manager, and Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) leader. In healthcare, I have served as a process improvement consultant and program manager at Sutter Health and UC Davis Health, leading initiatives to improve patient access, flow, and outcomes across Emergency Medicine, Transplant, Perioperative Services, GI, Orthopedics, and Anesthesiology. My work focuses on driving operational efficiency, coaching leaders and frontline teams, and ensuring strategic alignment between executive leadership and operational departments. Previously in the biologic manufacturing sector (Lonza Biologics), I led operational excellence initiatives, deploying business systems and coaching manufacturing teams to improve document control, frontline engagement, and process reliability. Currently, as Project Manager for Sutter Tracy Community Hospital, I lead enterprise improvement efforts focused on Emergency Department throughput, acute care flow, data governance, and daily tiered management—helping frontline teams and senior leaders align around transparent metrics and actionable strategies to improve patient experience and outcomes. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, coaching leaders, and driving sustainable process improvements across industries.
