Captain Jim Jr. has also been a Director on several boards and advisory boards such as The District Advisory Committee Two or DAC II for the Tourist Development Council of the Florida Keys, the Board of Director's for the Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce past First Vice President and Parliamentarian, an alternate for the Sancturay Advisory Committee for the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary. Also served on the Spiny Lobster Advisory Board for the State of Florida and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission. He has resided in the Keys since 1976 Full-Time. Beata moved to Big Pine Key in 1989 and has been a full-time Real Estate sales associate since. She has continuously achieved Multi-Million Dollars In Sales. Beata received the Quality Service Award for providing outstanding and professional service to all her customers. Member of the Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce, Marathon and Lower Keys Realtor Association and serving on the Grievance Committee for MLK Assoiciation.
