I also utilise naturopathic approaches to my treatment complimented with pain management advice, exercise rehabilitation, functional nutrition and ergonomic assessments with patient-centred goals to self-manage and empower. ​I also provide medical acupuncture, kinesiology taping, remedial, holistic, sports and deep tissue massage with acupressure and trigger-point therapy.
