Since 2017 I’ve sourced and delivered 50+ projects across £70m+ in value — including professional HMOs, student accommodation blocks, care homes, supported living developments, pub-to-resi conversions and land-led developments. From 2017 to 2022, I built the business with a reputation for smart sourcing, investor care, and integrity.
