Leading multi-functional and multi-regional teams in alignment with corporate objectives of cost, quality and assurance of supply relative to new product introduction, product engineering and partner management. Recently repatriated back to US after spending nearly three years in S. Korea focusing on integration activities as a result of a $1 billion-dollar business acquisition. This experience has further developed my skill set relative to organization design, supply chain network integration, and supplier consolidation in accordance with executive management objectives to enable long-term stability and growth.
