I enjoy my work and helping others solve technical problems. I'm excellent at listening to customers using my experience to design and develop “solutions that may benefit customers in ways they never even thought of”. I lead technical implementation projects, and teams of integration specialists to provide world class customer service. Identifying the right technical fit and solving complex technical problems with a “leave no stone unturned” attitude. Focused on doing “what is best for my employer and the customer so my employer can help other customers in the long term”. Being a lifelong learner, I am described as and counted upon by being “driven to learn”, “knowledgeable”, “lifting the technical IQ of my internal partners”, and “considering all key stakeholders (client, end-user, internal partners) when applying my extensive technical expertise for client implementations”. Learning industry and HR Tech standards are where I focus my volunteer work. Being innovative by pushing standards into the latest technologies. I am currently elected to the Board of Directors for HR Open Standards. I am leading the effort to develop the first xAPI profile for HROS. We will use the HROS xAPI Profile in several HR Tech capacities. For instance, transferring assessment data to a Learning Record Store (LRS) upon client or individual request. Data such as item level analysis, decision points, credentials, competencies, assessment results, and more. I have been involved in industry standards for over 16 years. When I am not working or volunteering for HR Open Standards you can find me with my amazing wife and son! We love to travel, camp, run, & spend time on the beach together.
