About James Elliott

I am a highly dedicated individual who has a interest in law as well as business and commercial operations. I currently work in the health care industry but have also worked in the construction industry as well as gaining experience working for a solicitors where I assisted them in dealing with clients in areas from intellectual property to wills and probates. Furthermore I have had experience working for Barclays Bank in which I gained an insight into various areas of their operations from data storage to disaster recovery and IT security. As well as studying the core modules of law required by the Law Society and the General Council of the Bar, I focussed my studies towards a more commercial aspect through choosing commercial, company, employment, intellectual property and consumer law as my other modules. Throughout my time at St.Nicholas Catholic High School Sixth Form, as well as my A-Levels, I also gained experience running a small business, dealing on the stock market and also took part in the Bar Mock Trial team in which we reached the final of the regional heats.
