Enjoying my role as Estates Manager @ Bromsgrove independent School. Responsible for all compliance and all estates issues looking after four schools with pupils. Manage a workforce of 40 staff, which includes, security, pottering, domestic and Maintenance. A varied and diverse role where no two days are the same.
