I’m passionate about helping Irish SMEs succeed in today’s rapidly changing business environment. As Head of SME at ifac, I lead a national team dedicated to supporting mid to large scale enterprises with strategic advice, financial planning, and practical solutions tailored to each stage of business growth. With over a decade at ifac, I’ve worked closely with businesses across the Midlands and now across the country—supporting them through challenges and opportunities in areas like digitalisation, tax strategy, people development, and sustainability. I believe the client–advisor relationship must go beyond compliance to one that drives long-term value, innovation, and resilience. Originally from County Offaly, I am a CPA-qualified accountant and have a strong belief in the power of collaboration, foresight, and local expertise. My goal is to deliver real, measurable impact for Irish SMEs—helping them build profitable, sustainable businesses.
