My background is technical, and I spent valuable years on the Service Desk learning the trade, before moving into Service Delivery Management and IT Operations.Over the last 12 years I moved into Enterprise consulting & delivery, and I've been lucky to be involved in a lot of superb projects & programmes as a consultant for Cognizant, as a PM, and a PO, and including overseas assignments across all manner of technology - from data centres & cloud to eCommerce and FinTech.Nowadays I focus on Strategic IT Consulting, and CIO Advisory work. I am privileged to work with many incredible charitable and non-profit organisations in my role as Director at Smartdesc, and it is an honour to be working with these groups, helping them realise Technology Strategies for the years ahead.My passion has always been in growing sustainable businesses, and it is a never ending thrill being part of the Directorate at Smartdesc as we continue to thrive and grow, with such a brilliant team around me.
