In my current role as Director of Operations, I lead collaboration efforts of multiple industry and government partners to showcase TRL 7, 8 & 9 products for integration in DoD and government networks and software applications. During my long tenure with the US Navy, I provided leadership and a commitment to excellence through my oversight of operations, maintenance, administration, and safety of my assigned aviation units. Some notable accomplishments throughout my extensive career include: • Establishing a culture of operational excellence and accountability by analyzing current business processes and delivering new methods to streamline aircraft and tactics training as an instructor of hundreds of aircrews. • Providing superior program oversight, employee engagement, and project leadership; building trust and inspiring performance through dedication and hands-on employee guidance. • Demonstrating flexibility and resilience to navigate the global COVID-19 pandemic by developing and executing a safety mitigation plan to comply with CDC guidelines, ensuring smooth operations and the health and safety of the unit.
