Background

About James Fulcher

My professional experience spans broadcast media, technology, and communications. I have built a robust career in television production, working on the ground in over 50 countries, including some of the world's most challenging and remote regions. In response to the rapid shift in humanity’s relationship with the natural world and the global trend of disinformation, I focused my work towards leveraging technology, media, and scientific research to build pathways toward a more equitable and sustainable future.I currently collaborate with partners and funders such as the BBC Natural History Unit, UNEP, Restor, TIME, Wellcome Trust, and the European Climate Foundation. Additionally, I provide strategic advisory services to independent production companies and philanthropic funds.I firmly believe that our most effective solutions will emerge from collaboration, innovation, and an open dialogue that truly represents the global population. I embrace risk and opportunity with an entrepreneurial spirit, continuously exploring new pathways to innovate within the 'business of impact' and the development of new market sectors.
