James has a broad background that includes- Over 30 years in leading software delivery in organisations such as ANZ, CBA, Westpac, AMP, Citibank, Pillar, ComSuper, AXA, SP AusNet, South Australian Police, Fire & Ambulance, AGL, RACV and others- Re-engineering and Solution Design at organisations such as Price Waterhouse, Deloitte, Citibank, GE Capital, Westpac, CBA, RACV and others- Management of outsourced service delivery for application development, testing services and Third Party Administration (TPA) services- Contract and account management for application development and support, software licencing and for project delivery services from both a customer and vendor perspective- Management of IT governance functions such as service level management, change management, audit and risk- Management of portfolio/program management office. James has a range of project management credentials as outlined below and has developed and implemented Project Management Offices and Project Methodologies. He has excellent working knowledge and experience in Scrum, Kanban, Feature Driven Development (FDD), Prince 2, PMBOK and traditional system implementation methodologies. He was also one of Deloitte's global trainers in their agile methodology. James communicates well at all levels, is able to relay information to non-technical stakeholders as well as high-tech delivery teams.
