What gets me up in the morning is the possibility of creating and executing Strategic visions delivered through creative data led marketing particularly through digital channels. I honestly get excited when I see people's expectations being met or exceeded. Delivering ever increasing unprecedented high quality leads at Toyota is not about achieving numbers, it's about connecting people through common values, wants and needs. Being a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) has instilled a higher thirst for building and nurturing rapport with people at any level and from all walks of life, it's only thanks to people that visions and missions and accomplished successfully.
